Legislation for Clean Water + Healthy Beaches

The 2026 Florida Legislative Session ended on March 13, 2026. The state budget was finalized on June 30, 2026.

 

Surfrider's Florida network secured victories advancing nature-based solutions for coastal resiliency and protecting state conservation land.

 

Check back with in January 2027 to learn about the critical state legislation that Surfrider Florida will be supporting to protect our coasts and communities in 2027.
