This past week the National Ocean Policy Listening Session was in Jacksonville. The National Ocean Council is soliciting feedback on regional strategic action plans addressing the nine national priority challenges facing our ocean, coasts, and Great Lakes. The action plans for each region are posted at http://www.whitehouse.gov/administration/eop/oceans/sap
